I got way more out of it the second time so I guess I was ready this time. I'm now reading Healing and Recovery. I didn't realize he had passed until very recently and when told felt like I'd lost a close friend even though I'd never met him but now I really wish I had. I understand all that. But life is not that straight forward and simplistic for some. What he and dare i say even the likes of your teachings might take into consideration is in my case, that I can not get out of my personal physical state loop that i am in, because no one will surgicaly remove the source of my pain sufferings and therefore the sigma remains and persecutions continue from that situation which people will not accept. I dont need him, to tell me what to do, its as clear as a bell ringing in my ears and has been for decades, but unfortuatly i have no control over a certain element in society. It does not matter what or how some of us act or say to gain better vibes or self clarity there will be those out there who will twist and turn their preset views to suit their own evil ends and to keep certain people in that loop. And it not just that, one can't focus on anything else but pain day in and day out. Its no good others telling you any different. Pain and suffering are real and not just imagination No self help programe is going to chage that!
