The Great Shift is unfolding across our planet. Like with any evolution,
the old paradigms and systems are crumbling – ready to be replaced with
new, more evolved ideas and energies.
And as long as you don’t resist or “judge” the wave, you’re free to experience
its incredible energy and gifts hidden within it.
Within our own minds and bodies, we can feel this Great Shift. The old
beliefs that that include the mind being the center of our being are
beginning to fade.
Replaced with something far deeper…
Something that weathers any storm or stress.
The old paradigm of relying on the mind will just keep us caught up in
the same loop of struggle – over and over like a merry go round.
The alternative?
Let go of the mind and tap into the power of your Heartwaves.

How do you know when you’re in your Heart vs your mind?
Take a deep breath and ask:
“How am I feeling?”
If you feel other than peace then your “Uni” (the subconscious and body)
are trying to send you a message.
Your Heart knows how to hear this message – but if you rely on the mind,
the stress will continue over and over until your body sends a stronger
message.
At first, it may feel like pain or unrest, but if ignored – it becomes the early
signs of dis-ease in the body.

(or know how to). But now is the time to let go of the reliance on the mind.

Hey Paul,
I know exactly what you’re talking about… feeling the body and going based on how you feel (as opposed to the old paradigm of listening the chattering of the mind)… this practice – in itself has led to so much satisfaction, excitement and prosperity in my life…
It has taken me a while to learn how to do this – that is, listen to the feelings in my body, but it has completely altered my experience of life.

Thanks Paul, I always get re-inspired when I tune in to what you guys are doing, it reminds me of many of the things I’ve already been taught and playing with, helps strengthen that in me and bring it into clearer focus, and also helps me get a better workable reference on what is coming out of fragmentation into full access and crystallization, into resolve, if you know what I mean?
Of course, I also get a bunch of new surprises and nuances to play with too, I love hanging out with those “doing the journey”, for real, highly refreshing!
Listened to your 11:11 turning point call with much interest and affinity, the numbers hit me years ago with quite amazing extremity, a whole other story. I have since then been unfolding, or facilitating the unfolding of a wave which is global, spiraling to the very core of this planet, once complete and anchored I’ll be able to teach what I know, been quite some process (and continues to be)!
Thanks for being a part of helping me unfurl that potential, I’m certain i’d never have made it without the example and aid of those like yourselves. I hope to meet you guys in person, in the flesh so to speak, one day, will be quite something I’m sure

We are the sent ones.. oh, I thought you knew you were sent.. you didn’t, oh that is a shame… no, no, your not here to do something, though a lot of people do, do things though that’s really not the mission at all.. you see you were give all manor of instructions about being, then poof, you woke up here with absolutely no recollection at all of your purpose.. yes, yes, I understand your confusion, but just wait till you see the beauty of that.. oh don’t fret you will see. Somewhere deep with in us all were mountain climbers, no, not that kind of mountain the ones that are deep within our beings… ok if you prefer gold miners, then your looking for the gold that was placed within your being upon your leaving there and showing up here…where is there, well that’s another story…for now you’re here and here is where you were meant to be.. Within everyone down here there’s a deposit of pure gold… Your mission is to uncover it and share it with others, you see they need what you have just as much as you need what they have.. our mission is to uncover and share what we find.. see its not so much what you can do, as what you can become.. Now that’s the real reason you came here today.. to check out the gold and stake your claim on the very essence of your being.. no there’s no such thing as a person with no gold.. Yes you have lots and lots of gold in fact your just showing up shows that you have all that need.. its just a matter of going into the mine and doing some digging, and maybe a little blasting. No , no don’t worry the blasts can be the very best part.. it removes the obstacles that are hiding your very worth.. why I can see that you’re a very rich person, just by your desire to know.. What do you do with it when you find it.. its then that you can be the one to show others how to find there worth and your gold
becomes the light that others can see by.. When the earth gets filled with miners looking for gold the light will be so bright that the moon will shine with the brightness of the sun… see that’s what becoming will do.. it will vanquish all darkness and light will fill every crevasse where dark thing hide… and this earth will be called paradise once again…Now if you will excuse me I must go, I think I see another miner coming this way…Yes it is… see he to has a pick in his hand yes a ready miner for sure… We will strike gold today for sure..
