    Hi Paul,

    Great subject to get people thinking. To me, the not enough effect is caused by focusing on what we don’t have.

    I also believe without self-love, we are always looking for outside validation. We want more of everything, thinking it will fill the void we feel inside.

    Develop the habit of focusing on all you have and learn to love yourself, then doors open and anything becomes possible.
