The Secret of the Wave

This article is a second in a series that talks about the power of waves
and how they affect literally every part of our lives.

In our last article, we talked about something unique and that most
of us miss about the wave-like energies within us and around us.
Hidden within each wave of energy is a deeper and richer expression
of a life wave.

From our last article:

“Within these waves is the very momentum and flow that we
long for.  Because within each wave is the essence of life itself.”

So there’s more to how we feel that meets the eye…

Let’s take a closer look at a wave of energy…

Within each wave is a range of energies – almost like
waves within waves that we can’t see, and yet we can feel.

We can experience these waves as life-enhancing
(love, joy, happiness, clarity, etc)

…or life-depleting
(anger, depression, unrest, apathy, fear or just
lack of energy)

When we feel these waves, it’s not the waves themselves
that are the issue – but whether even we sense them
or how we choose to respond to them

If we feel other than life enhancing energies, our body is trying to tell us
to step back, feel and let go of whatever is causing the disruption of the
life force energy within us. (The Chinese call this “stuck Chi”)

Our life rhythms form the foundation of our health and our happiness.

When these rhythms are out of sync, we feel symptoms like anger,
frustration, low energy, depression and dozens of other symptoms.

The key is to hear these symptoms and listen with “new ears” and honor
– not fight against them with more work, food, drugs, TV, or other
mind- numbing distractions.

The Warning Signs

Our western cultures have significantly higher rates of chronic disease than
indigenous cultures.

What do they know that we don’t?

Is it possible that they’re in touch with a different kind of wave
than we are?

Why should diseases that virtually absent in our ancestors be so prevalent today?

Maybe we’ve allowed ourselves to be torn from the very rhythms of life that
sustain us and give us life.

We wake up to alarm clocks, eat on the run, live and work under fluorescent
lighting, watch TV til late at nite, sit at computers for hours on end, and use
cell phones and text more than we speak face to face.

It’s like we forgot how to live with life.

Our natural rhythms (waves) have become disrupted and chronic unrest and
disease results.

The crazy thing is that we know when we’re out of rhythm – but we seldom
know exactly what to do
to get  back into that rhythm.

Each day as we awake, we’re responding to waves of energy that affect us.

Some examples of wave like cycles in our everyday lives:

Our biorythms (circadian rhythms)
Lake and ocean waves
Economic waves
Mood swings
Relationship waves
Energy waves
Bad news via the media

and dozens more…

There’s one more wave that we haven’t spoken about and yet it’s the
“Master Wave” of our mind and body.

This Master Wave is the key to the very things we want most – and yet
because it’s “hidden” from our normal awareness, we often miss the
profoundly deep wisdom that it brings us in every moment.

When you discover this Master Wave within you and learn how to
harness its wisdom and power…

Your life will transform
You will find resolution to your greatest problems
It will bring you deep inner peace

This week, we’ll be holding a free Webinar/Tele-Seminar on the secret
of this Master Wave and how it can help you restore your life force,
your inner peace and literally all the “waves” within your daily life.

Watch your e-mail for more details…

Until then,

Peace to you my friend,

Paul Bauer

    Hi Paul

Love your sharings. What the Westernized educated peoples around the world have forgotten is that we are mammels, an extention of the natural world, and as such we have to ebb and flow with it’s natural rythms. The Secret Life of Plants made me realize that many years ago. Then understanding the animal totoms of the Native American cultures put me intouch with the animal rythms, especially the bear.

Only domesticated animals seem to suffer from human dis-eases. Isn’t that odd?

Up at sunrise, wind down at sunset, asleep at dark. Live in natural environments. Eat foods in their natural forms, move the body with natural movements, keep the spine supple – Yoga’s physical movements were designed after animal movements.

Now how many people can give up all the modern day comforts to live like that.
There was a move, forget the name, story in South America. One of the Native men, Western educated, was very angry at modernization that had robbed his people of their cultural life. And wanted that life back. He travelled with a group of men, through the forest escaping some dangerous situation.

As the days go on, the men in the group die or lose contact with each other. This man’s clothes wear away, he loses his safety gear, till finally he is naked standing, still in the jungle, on a very high and steep cliff with the ocean spread out before him completely lost, hungry, with nowhere left to go…he was back to the way it was. It ended with him standing there, but the message was very evident. Brilliantly told 🙂

Surely this” letting go” is easier said than done, when we feel fearful and/or traumatised by life events?

Thanks Paul, you always share great reminders : )

I spend a lot of time journalling the waves, especially waves within waves and the polarity dynamic of mind, harnessing it for creative expression rather than destruction, which is its purpose…

One source of inspiration and further wisdom re “the wave” is Nassim Haramin’s discussion on the “spiral vortex” nature of waves, as we get so used to seeing that little wiggly line on a page and associating that with a wave we often miss the true nature of the waves nature in reality! Nassim does a good job of dissolving that particular trance.

There is I have discovered actually a vortex perception we can get into, some are probably familiar with it, which is equally “real” as the spherical objectivity we usually perceive in, fun to explore, very palpable once accessed, you have to sort of flip your brain into “seeing” almost completely reverse to conventional diagrams and studies of the world/universe…

I usually get there by starting to tap into the spiralling nature of the solar system, basically wherever you see a sphere you start to think of it as a vortex instead, the lip of the vortex is the spheres surface and the tip its inner core, then stepping the vision up and down the “levels of proximity” to the physical form, then eventually you feel a kind of gearing thing happen, all very subjective and intuitive of course : )

    Peace waves )))

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for sharing all your knowledge with us. As you say, modern life is such that we allow oourselves to be ‘submerged’ by the events of life that deplete our energy with all teh negative patterns our ego-mind lead us to fall into.

And we keep ignoring the warning signals until one day all our foundations come stumbling down …. While many would see this as the ‘end’ the good news is that this is the perfect moment to pick the right pieces and build a new and better life …. This is the moment to reflect and tell yourself that if your old ego-driven behaviours and responses to the ‘problems’ you faced did not work, then surely there must be another way ….

The only other way is to let go of the struggle and go with the flow. While your ego driven mind will resist at first, it will take some resilience to keep trying until you reach that stage when you conclude that ‘this is just another challenge. If I am facing this today, surely the Universe knows I am capable of getting through this. And if the outcome is not what I was expecting, then surely there must be something better down the line!”
